My humble call into the Lord's service was 2008 in pulpit supply, then as pastor of First Baptist Church of Harold, then pastor of Rocky Head Baptist Church, and now at New Bethel Baptist Church is to draw from God's Holy Word, verse by verse, word for word, and deliver to yearning hearts the pure rich eternal breath of God that sustains life. My call is to deliver the whole counsel of God to the whole family of God.
I am a published author of two Christian based books: "2012 Global Warning" and "The Sword and Shield, Today's Christian Crusader" My deep study into God's Word immersed my spirit into this work and greatly inspired my closer walk with the Lord. THAT was my blessing!
I am an expository preacher, meaning I speak the "whole counsel of God" to the whole body for everybody! (Acts 20:27) I will use the NKJV, KJV, NAS, HCSB and references from other translations as comparison. I teach the theology of Jesus Christ and His plan for Salvation AND Sanctification for His saints.
- Sunday Morning Worship Service begins at 1030am and we are currently in an expository journey through the Gospel of Luke. Join us, we have room for you!
- Sunday Evening Discipleship Study begins at 600pm in the Sanctuary and 2025 will begin our journey in Genesis, from the beginning. This will be a study where no one will want to skip school...
- Family Business Meetings follow our 6:00pm fellowship meal the first Wednesday following first Sunday of every month. Active members find this time both beneficial in the events/activities of the church but also a time to serve the Lord as called in His ministry. It's HIS business therefore all who serve HIM should desire to be involved.
- When was the last time you faithfully took part of The Lord's Supper? In 2026 make plans to join us Sunday mornings: January 4th, March 29th, July 5th, and October 4th.
- November 22, 2026 will mark the 85th Anniversary of New Bethel BC and we will unite together in a celebration of song at 10am, then a message from our pastor, and then a family feast in our Fellowship Hall. Please plan to join us.
